Types | accepted are Western Union Quick Pay, International Money Orders, Checks on US banks, Wire and Standard Transfers, Moneybookers, PayPal and finally Credit Cards.
Small Order Fee:
For orders below a merchandise value of $40.00 a fee of $10.00 is added to cover the processing overhead related to export documentation and special shipment procedures. | Shipping
Options | are UPS Worldwide Express
(for shortest transit time), UPS Worldwide Expedited (slower at lower cost, not available to all countries) and US Post Office International Letter Post (Airmail, 4 - 7 days) and Parcel Post (Air mail, slower than UPS, 4 - 10 days, very cost efficient) and Express Mail (with tracking).
Charges are based on weight information in the Cart database. Actual package weight might be different, dimensional weight can drive up cost a lot. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Published
rates are used. Insurance is always used with UPS shipments.
Letter Post Airmail:
Low Cost, but No insurance
available. Only usable for small parts like memory DIMM's or CPU's. Max. length 24", maximum combined length and girth: 36".
Parcel Post Airmail:
Availability of insurance varies by country. Tracking of parcels in shipment is unavailable. Registered mail allows some tracking after reaching final destination, but at an additional cost of $7.25, You might want to use Express Mail instead, see next paragraph.
Global Express Mail
is a very attractive option, unfortunately not available through the Shopping Cart, but can be requested in the `Special Instructions' field. Shipping time is comparable to UPS Expedited. You get a tracking #, too,
for real time tracking. Pricing is in many cases only marginally higher than Parcel Post.
Best of all, there is no dimensional weight!
On a recent shipment to Japan the difference to Parcel Post was only $3.25 for a 10.2 lbs parcel. With insurance included, that went down to $1.05 since Global Express Mail comes with some insurance built in.
Global Express Guarantueed
is similar to UPS WoldWide Express in shipping time and cost.

That should be your starting point to find cost effective shipping.

Items not supported yet: | A significant part of our products is available through our Shopping Cart, implementation for the remaining areas is proceeding at a good pace.
If an item is not in the Cart database yet: You can use the `Special Instructions' field. Order an unrelated
item (preferably with similar price and weight) and adjust the order there. | Order
Processing: | Your order will be acknowledged with an auto generated message to the email address you supplied.
Western Union Quick Pay, Money Order, Checks and Wire Transfer:
Use the COD option supplied with the Shopping Cart, we will take off the $7.50 COD fee. In `Special Instructions' advise about payment type or request bank information for wire transfer.
Credit Card Orders: 
In most cases Address Verification does not work, leaving us only with card number and expiration date, not enough to assure payment!
Please supply us with name, address and phone number of the card issuing bank. and a copy of
the 1st page of a recent statement for your card, not older than 2 month.
The statement might show this information and should verify cardholder name and address. Please send the statement as an attachment or by fax (281-966-1773). In the latter case we will credit $3.00 to your order to defray fax cost.
You can accelerate processing by supplying this information in a separate email in parallel with the order!!!
Late Cancellation: We will charge a cancellation fee of $10 on international orders ready for shipping.
3rd Party orders:
Special rules apply if shipping address and/or name differ from the card holder data.
If cardholder and ship-to seem to be unrelated, we will contact you for more information! Cardholder Consent is needed, if a relationship between both addresses cannot be established. See Shopping Cart Order Processing for more more information. | Order
Confirmation : | On all orders, we will send you inside 48 hours after shipment confirmation with an attachment of the invoice in rtf format. You can use Wordpad, MSWord and many other wordprocessing programs for viewing/printing. A printed invoice as well as commercial invoices + export documentation goes out with the shipment.
