Placement: | Orders can be placed online, toll free by phone and by mail/email.

We reserve the right to decline processing of an order without supplying any reason at all.
Possible other reasons might be:
Obvious errors on ordering or related pages.
The item might have become unavailable since publishing. Most items come with a `Last Update' field. Availability after this date is based on stock at hand and/or availability at our suppliers. | Shipping: | Currently, we ship mainly with United Parcel Service. If not specified otherwise and if available, we ship UPS Ground. All shipments are insured for full merchandise value.
Postal shipping is available on prepaid orders, as a lower cost alternative to UPS on low weight (-2 lbs) packages. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico with UPS blue the bottom choice savings can be pretty attractive.

Drop Shipments:
Depending on the supplier, we might not get any tracking information. In these cases we will send a notice of expected arrival at your location. No response is needed if the order arrives complete and on time. | Payment: | Our Shopping Cart accepts Western Union Quick Pay, Credit Card, check (US banks only), PayPal and COD payments.
Western Union Quick Pay
is an extremely quick and secure way to pay for an order from outside the United States.
Credit Cards
accepted are American Express and Novus/Discover, VISA and MasterCard. See Card Payments for more details.
Check Payments
can
be submitted through our Shopping Cart, by phone or fax. Electronic Debit procedures remove the delay, normally associated with mailing in checks and make this payment option as convenient as the credit card.
PayPal
is convenient and quick if you are a PayPal member.
COD:
We reserve the right to refuse any COD order.
In addition to shipping
charges based on published UPS rates, there is a $7.50 COD fee. Payment on COD's has to be certified funds like Money Order or Cashiers Check.
Shipments refused by you result in a restocking charge, currently 15% of merchandise value in addition to shipping/return and COD charges.
Prepaid Orders:
Obviously, there is no COD fee.
We will pay UPS
Ground charges (where available), on standard items totaling $200.00 or more. Item prices represent your actual cost if you are an out of state customer. Doesn't apply to specials, credit card orders, electronic checks. | Sales Tax: | Out of State Customers:
We don't collect Sales Tax on shipments to locations outside Texas.
Inside Texas we will charge applicable Sales Tax.
If you have a resale/tax exempt form on file with us at shipping time, covering the merchandise ordered, we will ship without adding sales tax. You are responsible for applicable taxes, if the merchandise is used in any way not covered by the form on file with us!
On orders for resale, later reimbursement is possible after receiving your tax form
