accepted are Western Union Quick Pay, Credit Card, Check and COD. COD charge is $6.00. For orders below a merchandise value of $20.00 a Small Order Charge of $3.00 is added.

Shipping Options | are all services available from United Parcel Service and Parcel Post from the US Postal Service. The default is UPS ground. Charges are based on weight information in the Cart database, use published rates, and include insurance. |
Items not supported yet: | A significant part of our products is already available through our Shopping Cart, implementation for the remaining areas is proceeding at a good pace. If an item is not in the Cart database yet: You can use the `Special Instructions' field. Order an unrelated item (preferably with similar price and weight) and adjust the order there. We will follow your instructions
and adjust the order. |
Order Processing: | Your order will be acknowledged with an auto generated message to the email address you supplied. We will follow up with more detailed email or we might contact you by phone. Credit Card Orders:  The shipping address should be the same as on your credit card. Otherwise, please supply the card address under `Special Instructions'. Check Payments: The shipping address should match your check. On 3rd party checks we need to be able to
contact the account owner. |
Order Confirmation: | On most orders, we will send confirmation inside 48 hours after shipment, with UPS tracking number and the invoice as attachment in rtf format. You can use Wordpad, MSWord and many other wordprocessing programs for viewing/printing. A printed invoice goes out with the
shipment. Drop Shipments: Depending on the supplier, we might not get any tracking information. In these cases we will send a notice right after expected arrival at your location. No response is needed if the order arrived complete and on time. |
